NeuroDynamic.Tech collects only the information needed to run accounts, community discussions and the features you choose to use. It does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Who is responsible

NeuroDynamic.Tech is operated by one UK-based individual. The operator decides how account, community, support and operational information is used and is responsible for it as the data controller. Contact [email protected] privately about this notice or your information.

This notice covers this community website and the NeuroDynamic audio, document and LLM storefront and APIs. Downloadable apps may have their own notices explaining what stays on your device and what is sent to a service.

LLM requests: local content retention

For the LLM API, we hold prompts and generated answers only in memory while processing. We do not save them in our server databases, logs or backups. Payment and usage metadata are retained separately. This commitment does not extend to Cloudflare, NanoGPT or the selected model provider, which process requests under their own policies. A lost answer cannot be resent; payment status remains available. Read the LLM privacy notice before sending text. Audio services retain outputs for their separately stated recovery periods.

What is collected

  • Accounts: email address, username, display name, password hash, profile details and display preferences.
  • Community: discussions, replies, helpful marks and reports you submit. Posts and profiles are public unless the page clearly says otherwise.
  • Email lists: an email address when you join the newsletter or a product waitlist.
  • Basic technical data: server logs needed for security, reliability and rate limiting.
  • Site analytics: the site records pages, clicks, active reading time, scroll depth, referring site and campaign tags, approximate country, device/browser details, screen size, IP address, and random visitor and session identifiers. This distinguishes new and returning visits and shows which guides are useful. It does not follow you onto other websites or create an advertising profile.

Why information is used

  • Providing the service: account administration, publishing contributions you submit and fulfilling paid requests are necessary to provide the service you request under our agreement with you.
  • Legitimate interests: security, abuse prevention, moderation, answering general enquiries and operational performance monitoring help keep the service safe and reliable. Information is limited to what is needed for these purposes.
  • Consent: optional site analytics and newsletter subscriptions depend on your choice. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
  • Legal obligations: relevant transaction records may need to be kept for accounting or to answer a lawful request. Information needed to establish or defend a legal claim may also be retained.

You can browse public material without an account. Account details are needed to operate an account; text, audio or uploaded documents are needed to fulfil the corresponding request. Optional analytics are not required to use the site.

Community privacy

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to participate. Public posts can reveal sensitive information about health or personal circumstances and may be copied or indexed by others. Choose carefully what you make public, and do not disclose another person’s private information. A public post is not a confidential support conversation.

Email and paid processing services

Email correspondence is handled through Purelymail. General, support and privacy addresses reach the same operator inbox. Messages are used to answer your enquiry and resolve service issues.

Paid audio requests process the text or recording needed to supply the requested result. Operational metadata helps diagnose failures, prevent abuse and measure service performance. API engagement records use masked connection, account and wallet identifiers and exclude audio, text, credentials and payment proofs. Masked identifiers are not anonymous data.

Transcript packages process uploaded recordings locally and retain results for a one-hour recovery window; unresolved payment outcomes may require longer retention. PDF extraction and image OCR process uploaded files locally without retaining their content or extracted text in the payment database. Recovery requires the original file and payment proof within 15 minutes. The services retain payment receipts and limited operational metadata separately. See the current service instructions for limits and recovery rules.

Detailed audio API engagement metadata is retained for up to 90 days. Output recovery and private reference retention vary by service; see the service retention and recovery guide. Uncertain payment outcomes can require longer result retention to resolve them. Payment records are retained separately for reconciliation and accounting. Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by the operator.

Cloudflare handles public web traffic for delivery and security. Private cloning requires an authorised requester and a consent-reviewed reference. Contact [email protected] about access, deletion or a voice reference you believe was supplied without permission.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare processes web requests for delivery and security. Purelymail handles email correspondence. Payment verification and settlement use Coinbase payment infrastructure and the Base blockchain. These providers receive the information needed for their respective roles; payment verification is separate from audio generation.

These services can involve processing outside the UK. Cloudflare publishes a data-processing addendum including provisions for UK international transfers. Purelymail and Coinbase publish their own privacy information. Contact the operator for information about the arrangements relevant to your data. This notice does not promise that every provider processes data only in the UK.

If you submit personal data on behalf of an organisation, contact the operator before doing so to establish any required data-processing agreement. Requester permission to use a recording does not replace obligations owed to the people recorded.

Optional voice and AI features

Where dictation is available, the audio is sent to NeuroDynamic.Tech’s transcription service to produce text. The application does not save the recording after transcription. You can always type instead.

Where an AI guide is available, your question and the recent conversation needed to answer it are sent to the language-model service configured by the site operator. Do not include passwords, private employer information, medical records or anything else you would not want processed for that answer.

Natural read-aloud sends the selected text to the speech service to create audio. If you choose a browser or device voice, processing is handled by your browser or device and its selected voice provider. Do not assume all device voices work offline.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember display settings. Optional first-party analytics run only when you turn them on in this browser to help improve this site. Random visitor and session identifiers are saved in browser storage. Analytics are not used for advertising, personal targeting or decisions about individual visitors, and the information is not shared for unrelated purposes.

Retention and your choices

Account and community data is kept while the account remains active. Detailed analytics are automatically removed after 90 days. Security access logs are separate and retained only for operational needs. Newsletter and waitlist addresses are kept until removal is requested or the list is closed.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including operational monitoring. You can withdraw optional analytics consent using the control above and unsubscribe from email lists. Do not place a privacy request containing personal information in a public forum post. Email [email protected] or use the contact page.

Email correspondence is kept while needed to answer the enquiry, resolve related complaints or meet record-keeping obligations. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove every public contribution or transaction record; contact us to discuss the specific information. Copies retained for recovery can remain until the relevant backup expires, and public blockchain records remain outside our deletion control.

Privacy requests are normally answered within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we will explain why and when you can expect a response. We may ask for proportionate identity checks to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person. There is normally no charge.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Optional analytics settings apply separately to this website and the audio storefront; each has its own browser setting.

Important limitation

This is a small, independently operated community, not a medical, legal or employment-advice service. This notice will be updated when providers, retention periods or contact arrangements change.
